Cherry, Blossom Honey and Cinnamon Crumble

Ingredients

For 2

  • 50g Posh Cow Honey & Cinnamon Butter (straight from the fridge)

  • 75g plain flour

  • 30g oats

  • 35g demerara sugar

  • 175g frozen pitted cherries (or any other frozen fruit)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees

  2. Pulse your cold butter & flour in a Magimix until it forms a crumble

  3. Add oats and sugar and pulse until combined

  4. Fill a small oven proof dish with frozen cherries and drizzle with maple syrup

  5. Top with your crumble

  6. Bake for 15-20 until your crumble is golden and the fruit is bubbling around the edges
