Cherry, Blossom Honey and Cinnamon Crumble
Ingredients
For 2
50g Posh Cow Honey & Cinnamon Butter (straight from the fridge)
75g plain flour
30g oats
35g demerara sugar
175g frozen pitted cherries (or any other frozen fruit)
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
Pulse your cold butter & flour in a Magimix until it forms a crumble
Add oats and sugar and pulse until combined
Fill a small oven proof dish with frozen cherries and drizzle with maple syrup
Top with your crumble
Bake for 15-20 until your crumble is golden and the fruit is bubbling around the edges
